A great handbook for women.

This is a great book for women and all women and girls should read it.

I liked the way the author emphasizes the importance of personal growth, development and self love.

The author also gives done clear strategies on how to actually go about implementing ideas to improve personal growth, there are many tips on ways to develop oneself and how to improve our self-esteem.

Highly recommended.

Good primer on personal development

This book is a good guide for women who are just getting started on the path of personal development and want to understand how to go about it. This book sets out the paths you need to take and explains them well so you have a framework to create your personal plan for self-development. Great book if you have no idea where to start or what you should focus on.

Positive and upbeat narration

The narrator kept a positive but not over the top tone and pace. The book is a good reminder to keep moving forwards in life.
