Summary

Contains three complete, novel-length books in the Middle Falls Time Travel series.

The Final Life of Nathaniel Moon

Nathaniel is born with unimaginable powers and insight. When he tries to use his abilities to help the world, he and his family must go into hiding. In time, he is faced with an impossibly choice; reveal himself to the world, or let the unthinkable happen?

The Emancipation of Veronica McAllister

Veronica lived a quiet, almost-wasted life. When she died in 2018, she opened her eyes in her 18-year-old body in 1958 with all her memories intact. If you think you know what is coming, can you live your perfect life?

The Changing Lives of Joe Hart

Joe wants to make the world a better place. Stop John Lennon from being killed, do the same for his friends who died in the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. Before he can save others, he needs to save himself.

Veronica left frustrated

Was enjoying the series until the Veronica story, not that I didn't enjoy but I was very frustrated a few times I wanted to slap her, because of her innocence, why did I felt this way? No idea, she was a kind hearted soul and I wanted her to go harder especially with her Mother, I kept saying to myself that's her personality and although she was an adult trapped in a young woman's body that fear/respect for her parents remained, I started to relate to her story after the 3rd time she died, I then understood that she wanted happiness and live a normal life, will stop here not to spoil anything, kudos for the writer he definitely has a vast imagination, will move on to book 7 as I just completed book 6. overall these series are helping me escape work everyday I find refuge within the stories, thank you for sharing your amazing mind

Can't stop listening

These books really speak to me, they have an underlying spiritual content that is pretty bang on if you follow that particular view of universe and why we are here. I love this series.

Another great set of lives

3 very different stories but all wonderfully fulfilling and compelling. The first omnibus (books 1-3) were more gritty and these ones (4-6) were more wholesome and feel good in my opinion but that's not a bad thing. I was happy to escape into these stories and enjoy them.
I saw reviews about book 5 not being as good as the others but I didn't feel that way. I found all stories equally enthralling.
Hearing the actual author speak about each story at the end is a really nice touch and not something I've come across before.

Looking forward to the next 3! God knows what I do when I've finished them all. I can't bear to think about it!

Fantastic series so far...but perhaps

Perhaps like all thing's an aquired taste.
listen in release date/chronological order or jump in wherever..Inmon is doing something right many books into the series..Middle Falls is not typical sci fi, certainly not hollywood sci but it does feature a leap back to many era's and a nostalgia fest..more so if you're American or have American relatives. Shawn tells a fireside type tale or twenty, slices of life mixed with elements of mystery, folklore morality tales, soap, drama and a little dose of action, sad in places but order is always brought to this multi verse which overlaps and interlaces. It has a little more mystery than sci fi per say but it just enough to filed under such. Shawn Inmon gives a person touch and insight into the lives of people he's met on his journey and his own life, there's a warmth and poppets of humour throughout. You might think of Quantum Leap meets Stephen Kings 11.36.23 when considering this read, this series, though not quite, of course that depends which part of the series you wake up in. There's a spiritual element but anyone who has called this series thinly veiled Christian fiction clearly has not listen properly or far enough in. You could argue a christian element or perhaps Hindu or Buddhist, it is more however Universal and non specific. Inmons writing has progressed well overtime and the performances range for average to excellent. If middlefalls is not for you try his Alex Hawk time travel pulp action adventures of Vernian and Burroshian themes.

perfect for car journey

having listened to and thoroughly enjoyed Alex Hawk time travels I moved on to middle falls. yes they are all based on the same idea, but that's why I like listening. you get to know each character and learn something along the way. great way to reflect on your own life. also can't help thinking of Monsters Inc, especially during the 3-6 omnibus, but in a fun way. looking forward to the next 3
