But when a series of suspicious accidents threaten to end their journey prematurely – and permanently – it becomes clear that saboteurs are at work. Gotrek and Felix must work quickly to find the culprits before it's too late.

Hilarious and gory fun
A really well-written story, full of seriously funny moments alongside visceral, bloody action. Plenty of explosive fights, well paced drama and comedy, all performed immaculately, make this a gripping listen.

Great story, brilliantly narrated!
burned through this in 3 days - not the best Gotrek book, but still very enjoyable and Jonathan Keeble made it a sublime listening experience as always! can't wait for the next one!

Fantastic as always
Jonathan Keeble’s voice is once again a great boon to a very fun book, and I very much enjoyed the mystery of the plot and the hints towards something far bigger stirring.

Outstanding as usual
Without a doubt the best fantasy series in black libraries catalogue, there isn’t a bad book in the set. Lovable characters bits of comedy here and there it’s a shame that it show cases just how bad some of the 40K dribble they push out is outside of the main series’s sets
