Summary
A Gotrek novel

The story:

I can’t wait for more of these to come out
This book is absolutely amazing I can’t wait for the next one. I will not ruin the story but there is absolutely nothing bad about it. Just give it a listen.

Another amazing Warhammer book!
In a very brief summary this is an amazing book narrated by an excellent man, who makes it so easy to follow and be invested in the characters in this story. 10/10 would reccomand and I will be getting more books of the doomslayer now!

Conan on steroids
I know that may seem quite an assumption but this book is brilliant, my first Gotrek book and I loved it, funny, sad, violent and yet moving at times, more please

A return to the good Gotrek novels
Darius Hinks has done an admirable job of capturing some of the appeal of the original Gotrek and Felix novels by William King. Definitely worth a listen, especially as Jonathan Keeble narrates. A better Gotrek than Brian Blessed!
My only complaint is that portions of the book feel a bit disjointed if you’re not super familiar with the AoS world, whereas the old novels did a good job
of not needing much prerequisite knowledge

Captivating and hilarious
I can’t stress enough how much I liked this book. The story is rushing forth without a minute to stop, the characters are highly likeable and the world presented feels fresh and original (even for someone who knows a lot about WH universe).
The best thing though is the relationship between Malyneth and Gotrek. I love both characters and how they evolve and change in the book. Malyneth’s sarcastic comments to the whole story are hilarious.
Probably one of my favourite fantasy stories ever.
