Enjoy this book.

The recipes are delicious and full of healthy fats to keep you satisfied. The way the book is layout, it's the easiest, no Brainer way to lose weight and feel great. I would recommend this book to anyone!

Good introduction to the Ketogenic diet and approach. Very detailed with a good amount of testing suggested. For someone new to Keto, this is a reasonable place to start.

Repetitive

Just 45 mins of recipes! that's are all the same base ingredients just different flavours. Maybe this book is better read than listened to! Got sick of hearing the world organic coconut oil.

Absolutely the best.

Absolutely the best, and easiest plan to change your way of eating and get healthy. It's spelled out for you, including your shopping list. I've had amazing results with this plan and feel better than I have in a long time.

Great plan and recipes.

The recipes are some of the most delicious foods I've had and the layout makes it very easy to shop and prepare for each week. I also love how all the nutrition information is clearly listed next to each meal plan. I started losing weight within the first week

This book has changed my life.

This book has changed my life. I have been trying Ketogenic diets for several years, but still had trouble with weight loss and health issues, and could not get the weight off. This book taught me how to eat nutritionally, while enjoying the food.

Well improve.

The recipes are delicious! Some I didn't think I would like but was pleasantly surprised and so glad I gave them a try. I lost 20 pounds the first 30 days and am just starting my 2nd cycle. My energy is up and my sleep is improved. Don't feel you have to adopt the entire lifestyle in one day. Start with the weekly eating plan and keep improving.

Health benefits.

So much info on living a low carb lifestyle and the health benefits. Its not only about food its about living a clean life from chemicals like in mouthwash . So easy to make your own without all the bad stuff in it. It will save you money and you will feel your best.
