This audio book is awesome. You gotta appreciate something like this. This book cost a lot of time to publish and record. I actually didn't notice anything bad about this book. If I am mistaken, then let me know. But I found it to be nearly perfect, and that's what made a difference to me.

I enjoyed this short book very much. The Keto diet is fascinating, since it has been used on those with epilepsy. It can work for others too.

I loved it
