Interesting guide
I really enjoyed this book and I honestly didn’t think that I was going to. I’m always a little unsure about books where it obvious they are about someone overweight but the author wrote this book in such a way that I couldn’t help but love it.

The best!
A coworker told me this book changed her way of thinking in such a positive way and that I should try it out. Not disappointed at all, it was one of the best book I have ever read regarding weight loss.

Food for Thought
It was easy to listen to. I got through it in just over an hour. Really useful information to get into the right mindset for weight loss. Only criticism is at the start of the book she says diets don't work then spoke about dieting later on. Diets can work but you can't go back to eating the way you did before the diet. Good book. I would recommend it.

Pointless
She may as we’ll have said ‘if you want to lose weight, eat less’
Might be designed for morbidly obese Americans. But no use for a marginally over weight Brit.
