This is not a diet book but it's helped me

This is not a diet book but it's helped me lose weight and have a more sensible approach to food. I think it's a classic and teaches what some of us had forgotten, like the difference between mouth hunger and stomach hunger.

A very scary book

A very scary book if you believe that food is addictive and needs to be controlled. This book goes against popular belief that various foods are 'sexy', 'bad', 'sinful', 'fattening', 'virtuous' or whatever.

I think that the messages of learning

I think that the messages of learning how to accept that overeating is a coping mechanism and viewing the desire to eat when not hungry as a warning sign that you have issues to deal with are practical and easy to apply.
