Summary

Discover how to steer clear of gaslighters and recover from toxic relationships.

From friends, parents, siblings, to spouses, gaslighters are everywhere. Gaslighting is an insidious form of emotional and psychological manipulation that is completely damaging when left unresolved.

But what does a gaslighter do that is so harmful?

A gaslighter will - slowly, but effectively - make you question your sanity by eroding your self-belief, confidence, decisions, and reality.

A gaslighter ensures that their victim is unsure of what they are doing or saying. They keep their victims completely off balance and worried all the time.

good

pretty good in general, though not much help if you don't suffer from low self esteem, but are in a different sort of gaslighting experience, like work. wish there was more detail about the tactics of gaslighters, in order to spot and protect oneself against them.

So badly written and performed it gave me nausea

The above might sound dramatic but I’m being totally honest. The author seems to jump from using one proverb to another in the same example which is confusing. The performer reads this like a robot and doesn’t seem to be able to understand punctuation.
I listened for half an hour and had to turn it off as my head hurt and I had nausea from trying to listen to it.
