Story
When fate brought me to the fantasy world of Aurilon, I thought I'd seen everything. If I only knew how wrong I was. Now, I’ve discovered monsters are real, they’re stunningly beautiful, and they need my help. In this world, men’s cores are cursed, preventing them from cultivating and achieving incredible power. Fortunately, I’m not from this world. With several amazing monster girls at my side, I'll forge a new destiny and ascend to heights I’d only ever dreamed of. But first, I must create a safe haven in the wilds to protect those who have been hunted for far too long.

Story
Have you ever felt like there was something inside of you pushing your actions? A dormant beast, so to speak. I know it sounds crazy. But, that’s the best way I could describe how I’ve felt for a long time. I thought it was normal, some animal part of the human brain that lingered from evolution. But, this is the story of how I learned I wasn’t exactly human, and there was a world underneath our own where all the things that go bump in the night live. And, that my beast was very real indeed.

Summary
Alex was living the life. His life. He worked as a convenience store clerk to pay for his games and books. At 26 years old, he was living the high life of a loner. But a bullet hole in the head ended all that. There was only one problem: he wasn’t supposed to die that day. Everyone has a time and a day that they are meant to die. That was not supposed to be Alex’s day. So God gave him a choice.
Option 1: Soul for soul. He could take the life of the person who was meant to die that day, become that person, and completely forget who “Alex” was. Or option 2: Keep being Alex, and transition to a world where magic was real, a world where God would give him the tools to survive. Alex, who loved fantasy stuff like a crack addict, picked Option 2. So God threw him through a black portal. Once on the other side, and on another world, little did Alex know that those tools would be the ability to use all five Elemental magics. Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Mind.
The kicker? The English language seems to trigger them. Now, Alex is in for a world of adventure as he jokingly called himself “The Elemental Summoner,” but he didn’t know that title was feared by everyone in the world of Boromour. Because once every thousand years, an Elemental Summoner was born who could wield all five Elementals magics and usually ended up destroying everything around them in their quest for power. Except, for Alex, the power is changing him as well. But, Alex meets sexy, and powerful in their own rights, monster girls who might just be able to temper his power to not become evil.
This series contains the unabridged text (meaning adult), mayhem, monster girls, fluffy tails, and just plain lots of magic.

4.5/5, a good start so far
the first book mainly focuses on describing how our MC starts to discover hes power and how he can become more efficient with it. it also introduces the concept of the world and how humans aren't only the race their and there definitely not the righteous.

The Highest of Fantasty
I was scraping bottom barrel for something to listen to and underestimated the cringe of this book.
if you can completely suspend belief and want to hear an amateurs take on erotic play then go forth and pick this up.
If characters outside the MC having no personality outside of being hot for the MC turns you off, look elsewhere. He has no redeeming qualities outside of not being a bigot. Low bar is low.

say fuck, shit and complain the book
you can only say fuck and shit so many times before it loses all impact especially when the MC says it over the tiniest events. meanwhile he is trapped in a world where everyone seems to talk like they belong in mental wards or a kindergarten. The premise is interesting, but boy is the execution bad.

Great story narration is good but with 1 major issue
This was a really good story. I really enjoyed the plot, and characters. I can wait to see what direction it goes.
The narration was ok. Christian does a pretty good job EXCEPT for the whistling! If you’re listening with the volume really low it’s good. As soon as you turn it up a little bit the whistling hurts! Walking, driving, anywhere in public is out of the question. You need a really quite place to listen to this book.
Christian if you ever read these? You may try a small piece of bubble gum and put it behind your front teeth or the roof of your mouth. It may help?
Hazel does a ok job. All her characters sound the same. I wish she would try some different voices and also try to put some more emotion into her characters. But that being said she is Pleasent to listen to.
If you either don’t mind someone constantly whistling or can listen in a quiet spot pick this book up. It’s a great story!

great story.... 1D villains....
this would be an even better story if there was more behind the bad guys than 'oh we're here to theiv and kill you, and take your slave'. doesn't even describe the MC besides long black hair when he reaches the new world. the author also seems to be infatuated with big chests as thats all that the women he does describe have.
the MC had decent back story for an isseki book but, there are alot of missing details after he gets isseki'd. and most lore describes elves as having small to moderate sized breasts as they are agile creatures (think gymnastics and see why big breasts would hinder agility) but again, elves seem to have the biggest of them all in this book.
its a great principle story that so many authors try to make their own, and some seem lazy with a large lack of description and time movement. this is more to the latter but the story was good enough I bought the second book to see if it gets better.
good story, bad 1 dimensional no thought villains and bad guys, big tits, and a decent sex scene that seems could have been written slightly less or more in some areas. so overall I give the book a 4 but the story a 3 at best. maybe book 3 will have better writing *crosses fingers* because I really like the mechanics of the world and the MC. just needs more thought put into the bad guys and the women.

decent storyline, bad execution
The premise is ok(even if it implies Noone has free will on earth). The characters are somewhat typical for this type of novel and the MC isn't a chad. My main issue is the MC reminds me how dumb and uncreative humans can be. He also overeacts to almost everything with he "what the f" catchphrase.
