Great book on ordering your thoughts & emotions
I really loved this book. I follow several well-known neuroscientists and everything in this book agrees with other sources I have read on the topic of thoughts and emotions and mental health. What I appreciate most about this book is that she writes in a more understandable and practical way and it gave me a lot of Ah-ha! moments of clarity. It has a down-to-earth, been there done that style to the book so it makes the reader feel relaxed and "seen." I have listened to it twice on Audible and I recommended to a friend.

This book has the paths clearly laid out.
I appreciate the pitfalls included that also may occur in given situations.
The choices that are included( one size doesn’t fit all).
The encouragement to look back and appreciate how far you’ve come.

Best Self-Help Book Ever!!!!

A must read!
I've been following Julia on her YouTube channel and have found her videos to be so helpful in dealing with my day to day challenges and anxieties and thoughts. So I was super excited to hear that she's publishing a book, and I was right, this is such a great resource for us all. No bullshit, straight up genuine advice and messages. It's a book I'll definitely be reading/listening to from time to time even if I've finished it in one go.

Pleasurable Replay
Loved hearing a clear concise display of the honest process of being human. Played audio book twice while in the zone of grooming doggies. I often found myself rewinding 30 seconds to rehear phrases that resonated deeply and nodding my head in humoruos agreement. Will be purchasing a physical copy to place personal notes beside Julia's palpable words. The quality of her eloquently spoken audio book has her voice in my mind to enjoy for the read to be.
