useless if you suffer from anxiety/depression

if you have a friend or family member, who is suffering from these conditions, then this book for you, it will help you understand how your friend feels, although if you struggling with anxiety or depression yourself it will not be helpful

In the title it says transform your life using CBT, although in the book no practical steps at all, only obvious information how people with anxiety and depression feel, some obvious suggestions like go talk with your JP or talk with your friends, do exercise, blabla. Well, that people with the condition know without the book, I was looking for practical information how to help myself in the condition apart from antidepressants, alas nothing useful in the book...
