The voice of the narrator is relaxing

I was impressed by the narration that made me feel very very calm. I have found the meditations on this audiobook to be profoundly relaxing, the narrator has done a nice job.

VERY EASY ON THE EAR

Dave Wright has a really nice voice, very gentle on the ear. The soft tone draws you in the state of mindfulness
Nice introduction to the practice, could do with a bit more detail though into thee theory, meditations and practice.

amazing audio

Good positive book.

As someone who is beginning to meditate, this book was very informative. This is a really practical and extremely useful audio book which I highly recommend. The advice is easy to understand, clear and straight to the point.

Loved every single bit of it. Easy listen,

Easy listen, excellent narrator, smooth story. Loved the fact that meditations are ordered at the end of the audiobook. This audio book is helpful for people who have trouble sleeping at night, this audio book is really helpful for getting to sleep at night.
