Says it all
The fact that this is book 6 proves the enjoyment level this author and narrator have for me! Story continuously growing without losing momentum and narration is superb. Start the series if yo haven’t already done so. It’s worth it!

Better excitement
The audio comes out a bit better than the story as this one feels a bit less action than previous ones I have came across before. However the narration and more characters make up for this so still keeps you happy as you listen along.
As this is a decent length of audio the story and audio is well worth it as we lookf forward to the next in series.

A never-ending power trip...
... that still manages to catch my entire attention. It does have quite a few highlights. The tropes are getting mildly but slowly tiresome though.
Hoping there will finally be some meaningful character development in the next book.

Enounciation
Reader had strange enounciation from time to time, throwing me off before realizing what the character actually meant. Haven't had this feeling in the previous books but it really stood out in this one.

The writer's synonyms are definitely getting better throughout the series. it was one of my biggest bug bears but am very much loving the series.

More of the same adventuring and exploring
A good instalment - a bit more bogged down in explanations of how cultivation/the system works rather than story. Which made it less enjoyable for me personally. But the benchmark was so high in previous books that it wasn’t too much of an issue.
