it's definitely been great watching zac grow and I'm definitely looking forward to the next book as some interesting things have been set on the board. looking forward to seeing how things play out and zacs journey up the tower.

Really enjoyed this book and cant wait for the next installment, had no issues with the narrator either and I could understand people and work out who was who when in conversation.

Zac just seens to run from strength to strength and with a novel tower climb to help his greatness shine and a nice change away from Earth this is the best so far and it allows for a lot more characters and a better understanding of the worlds beyond. Pavi still doing great with this narration as well.

Now going into the fifth book. Whether written by AI or not it has kept my interest and I am keen to see what next. Hint. Don’t read the blurbs on future books it does somewhat taint enjoyment

The best one in the series so far

Another great book in the series. Ogras as always is the shining star of the series for me. The only downside is that as the story progresses, the more I start to dislike Zac. He’s too stuffy and dumb. He’s the strongest man on Earth and yet he has zero interest in any form of relationship… what a waste.

Once you accept it’s a WebSeries (which I’m sure you have if you are on this instalment) then this is just another chunk of chapters.. And it continues in the same vein as the previous books.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and feel like the overall progression whilst albeit slow is interesting and I do like all the power levelling. The setup up into new off world capers is also intriguing.
So in summary if you liked the previous books then crack on and get stuck in. It’s fun.
I only took off a little shine from the score due to the overall story progression but it’s just a minor.
I will now move to RoyalRoad to continue the story in the written form. The fact it’s free to consume on RR deserves Kudos to the author JF Brink.

The only quibble I have (and it is a minor one) is that whenever i am really eager for the main story to push on the MC goes off on some side quest that takes up the rest of the book!

I love the setting and the system and because I am very invested in finding out what Zac eventually gets up to I don’t mind too much. The “side quests” showcase how he is growing in power and some of the process of that growth but sometimes I just want the author to summarise it in a chapter and move on with the main story.

Eagerly waiting for the next instalment.
