Summary

Billionaire in pursuit...

After being framed for embezzlement, Ciara Jayne Moore fled her executive position as well as Wyatt Marcum, her lover, to start a new life in Southern California. There, she manages an elegant but aging seaside resort. The only thing she wants now is to put the past and her lover out of her mind. He'd let her down when she badly needed his support, and she didn't think she'd ever trust him again.

Ciara's disappearance from Marcum International's Manhattan office had CEO Wyatt Marcum and his security staff scrambling. Despite their considerable resources, it took five months to track her. Wyatt had his private jet in the air ASAP. He needed to explain his actions and trap the people who'd stolen from him. But first, he had to break through the icy demeanor Ciara wore like armor.

A must read or listen 👌

Deeper Than Love is fascinating, compact, emotional and full of steam.
Ciara and Wyatt had a passionate relationship that imploded leaving both of them heartbroken. It is five months later, they have a second chance at love but there are many things to work out, most of which is miss- communication and lack of trust. The heart wants what the heart wants so dispite all the back and forth and hurt feelings, their love and passion for each other is still potent. Forgiveness didn't come from Ciara until Wyatt made himself venerable by declaring his deepest feelings, which opened the door for her to do the same. The story is brilliantly written, it was easy for me to relate to the emotions and reactions of the characters. A definite MUST READ that will leave you wanting more. thumbs up narrator.

Ciara and Wyatt

This was a good book that I thoroughly enjoyed. Steve Miller did a great job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

narration sounded tinnie

loved the story and although the narrator was very good, it sounded like it was recorded in a bathroom.

Good story

Enjoyable story even though in my opinion forgiveness came a little too abruptly
And unfortunately the narration sounded as though it was recorded in a closet which was a bit off-putting but overall I did enjoy the book

Solid Second Chance Romance

This was an interesting story. I liked the independence of the main character, but felt like the passion and easy forgiveness of her former lover was perhaps a little too easily given. There is an embezzlement back story that was interesting but didn't capture my attention. The story of the leading man's sister was a great storyline, and I wished it had been explored further. Overall, an interesting book!

Hit or Miss Rom-Sup... 🤔🙃😉

The story was ok. There were too points in the story, that the characters could/ should have been build up. Instead, Situations were mentioned or brought in & not completed. A lot of loose ends.
Is it that you are setting up a series of characters & what they're doing or going to do? yeah... it felt like a Cliffhanger.

Story of Redemption

For most of the story you feel this couple cannot possibly come back together. Someone has a lot to make up for. It makes for an entertaining read - as they are so very far apart.

It was ok

It was ok. I did like it but I didn't love it. I thought he was kind of a jerk for most of the book but he did end up redeeming himself. The one thing I really didn't like about it and really disappointed me was that we didn't get to read the part of him finding out about the embezzlement and him going off on her and having her escorted out and her being heartbroken and leaving etc. We get to read about it after the fact but I wanted to read about in real time so I was hugely disappointed about that. I didn't think the narrator was too bad. I was listening to it with ear buds and heard a kitty in the background at one point which made me laugh and I thought was cute. Told in dual povs. I would recommend listening to this book.
