About this listen
Tony DeLuca has to get to New York, nor'easter be damned. His older sister is getting married, and it won't matter to her if the entire East Coast is shut down if it means she's short a groomsman. She's the only reason he's willing to make the trip home to face a father who's never forgiven him for wasting a perfectly good degree to become a firefighter. And that's only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to everything about Tony that his father will never accept.
Dominic Tricoli's living his dream. He's spent the past few years working to mesh his business degree and love of the outdoors into a thriving company, providing team-building retreats for some of the country's largest corporations. Unfortunately there's a price to pay for happiness, and having someone to come home to at night is the sacrifice Dominic made.
When Dominic overhears Tony's plight, he's drawn to help the man get to New York City. Little does Dominic know that one kind gesture will awaken a side of him he's ignored for far too long. Against his better judgment, he gives in to his desires and Tony's advances. Just for the night.
When destiny steps in, giving him another chance with the charismatic man who saved his hide, Tony's willing to do whatever it takes to earn Dominic's forgiveness and understanding. There may not be forever, but Tony's determined to enjoy every single minute he's given with Dominic.
You can't fight fate. Whatever's meant to happen eventually will.

as great as the ebook
The story is always 4-5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook. I can't listen to an audiobook without knowing the book, that's not possible for me.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. Christopher Rain is one of the 8 narrators (so far), I can listen without break and have no problems to follow. I'm just not yet finish with the book, just over the half, but I listen enough to give a review.
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:

it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A

it's like a B

Bisexual awakening with a side of angst
Tony and Dom both have their own issues and we get to see how they deal with them in this book. We also get to see two men who grow, and grow together, as they discover and develop their feelings for each other. I liked the balacane between feelings and sex, and I liked Tony and Dom together as a couple, both the author and the narrator made that happen.
To be honest I've heard better from Christopher Rain, as he can be a brilliant narrrator, but his one was good enough. I liked Tony's and Dom's voices, it was the the secondaty characters that didn't grab me, but then again, some of the secondary characters were hard to like anyway. All in all I was happy that I listend to this audio book.

Brilliant
Love Dom and Tony's relationship. Dom is having very strong feelings towards Tony after sharing a car journey to Tony's sister's wedding .Tony is learning to accepting who he is . As I had not read the book yet listening to Christopher narrate was brilliant. It gives a lot of depth to the story . During the highs and lows I could not stop listening .

Not for me!
Trying to get to New York after cancelled flights, Tony & Dom share a hire car and a moment, then head their separate ways, only to end up at the same wedding. I could forgive the main characters up until the wedding when they revealed not only their immaturity but also their constant self-centredness by making it all about themselves, rather than the bride and groom. Lots of the dialogue and behaviours were melodramatic, earning regular eye-rolls. Maybe there are guys like these out there, but I just couldn’t respect them or want to spend time with them. Christopher Rain narrates the audiobook and, while some reviewers mention his periodic mispronunciations, monotone, and squeaky female character voices, I didn’t find them too distracting or egregious.
