Summary

“I didn’t plan to kill anyone. I wasn’t totally against the idea, either. Sometimes things just fall that way, and either you roll with it or it rolls over you. Letting the bad guys win isn’t how I roll.”

Meet Joe Ledger, Baltimore PD, attached to a Homeland task force … who’s about to get a serious promotion.

Just a taste

This is just a short story to give readers a taste of what the series is all about, I want more.

Very short.

This is more of a sample than a prequel, but interesting and well read by Porter.

can't wait for patient zero

an interesting way of looking at the zombie thing. Unfortunately, I am unable to find patient zero the book that this short story is a prequel of. I would really very much like to listen to it. :-)

Not original

It’s a typical stereotype post September eleven short story with a superhero, more like a long chapter as there is no conclusion. However the narrator is great and I like to listen to him.
