Every designer needs to reed this book

As somebody who has been doing user centred design and agile delivery for 10 years, I still learned a whole bunch of techniques from this book. Expertly written. All points backed up with evidence. 5/5

Simply must have for anyone in product

This is a great book and eye opening for those who don’t currently do user centred interviews, discovery, or design. Outlines clearly an aspirational approach, as well as how to communicate to stakeholders, to instigate positive change. Highly recommend.

Full of takeaway points - will get you thinking

So pleased to have stumbled across this book. It contains some real “Aha” moments. It re-enforces what you might already know but also helps you re-think some of the challenges you could be up against in your product led world. Particularly loved some of the take away points in the chapter “start small and iterate”. Well done!
