I have recently discovered Corinne Michael's, and listened to some of her newer (& amazing) books first, so I am now listening to some of her previous series of books.
I first discovered her, by searching for more books narrated by Andi Ardnt & Zachary Webber together, as they are one of my favourite narrating pairs.
Every one of Corinne's books that I have listened to so far has been absolutely amazing. This was no exception and I can't wait to listen to the rest of the series, and anything else of hers that I have yet to discover 😂

The story drew me in straight away, the performance of narrators was amongst the best on audible yet. You will not be disappointed with this book 10/10.

This is the 2nd book I listened to by this author. I listened to Forbidden Hearts yesterday and I loved it. Same with this one. I don’t usually like domestic violence in books, but I found this one really easy to read.

You’d think that Connor is the broody kind of MMC, but he’s definitely been smitten with Ellie since the first time they met. And his relationship with Hadley is just 😍

I really enjoyed the narration, and I love Andi and Zachary narrating together 🥰

I’ll definitely binge read all of the series and all of Corinne’s books now 🙈

I really enjoyed this two handed narration. The story line and content were a very pleasant surprise because I selected this book at random and had a vague idea of what it would be about. When I started this book I couldn,t stop until the last word was spoken . I have now listened to several books narrated by Zachary webber. The first one took me a little while to get used to, but now I really enjoy his Dulcit tones and will be working my way through the other books he has narrated ... Excellent.

Oh man. What a sweet read. I absolutely loved it. A mix of small town romance, family drama (all those secrets), and second chance romance. It’s amazing how similar the lives of Connor and Ellie were at different points in their lives. Both dealing with abusive, hurtful family members, both hiding the hurt and emotional pain. Fate brought them together 8 years ago and circumstances (and a truly adorable 7 year old girl), help them find each other again. Hadley is just so darn sweet, far wiser and more mature than any 7 year old should ever be. Fab writing, wonderful characters, and if I may say, I would highly recommend the audio version of this story. It was totally brought to life by Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber. Book 2 is definitely on my radar.

Beautifully written and such wonderful characters. This is the type of book that leaves me feeling lost afterwards. I don’t want to leave the characters and their lives. Definitely a book I will be listening to again and again

This was my first Corinne Michaels book and it won’t be my last. A beautiful second chance story with characters you root for and a precocious little girl who will steal your heart. Have already downloaded the second book in this series and am about to hit play. Highly recommended!
