Speaking as a novice, and not really knowing or understanding an approach to acquisition entrepreneurship, I feel this book gives a good all round view of how the activity may be undertaken. Certainly a book worth listening to again when the time comes

Im from the UK and was apprehensive about a US author in a slightly different structure in the US. However the whole book is relevant if you're looking at UK acquisitons

This book is extremely informative regarding the process of buying a business, however it is the financial advice that really helps drive the process home i.e. if you don't know finance you definitely should listen to this before you buy!
