Clients are looking for external expertise. Clients have big budgets to spend. Clients are buying from boutiques in record numbers. The sun is shining. Time to make hay.

Outstanding Book on Boutiques

This book is a goldmine of information on how to setup, scale and sell a boutique professional service firm. There's info here that I have seen nowhere else. Also the questions at the end of each chapter are challenging and thought provoking. Outstanding book!

By far the best business book for small and medium sized businesses

Greg Alexander has been able to answer all of the questions I have ever wanted to know about growing my business. What is more important to me is that he answers questions that I never thought to ask. If you are very serious about starting, scaling, and perhaps one day selling your business this book will get you there.
