a great and practical book with minimal fluff!
Its nice to get a book that cuts to the chase offering a step by step practical guide, introducing tools and concepts to apply immediately.

Practical step by step guide
The author has outlined in detail (unlike some books that just waffle on about nothing) the steps needed to get to a 7 figure agency. All that's needed is the inclination to implement the steps...

excellent advice on how to grow an agency
not come across this guy before but was very impressed with this book of the device it had on how to grow an agency preferred it to some of the british-based books I've read on agency growth

Some good tips. Too focussed on money. Very slow.
If your boat gets floated by the trendy 10x mentality where earning a nice income isn't good enough and you believe 10k, 20k etc is not a good income, then this book will be perfect for you because the author is clearly very obsessed with money. I mean, several times the author refers to 20k, 50k as not enough to get through the next months bills! What!? Seriously. If that's the case I hope nobody ever goes to him for financial advice if they can't make ends meet with a 20k income. If you, like me, love working with a handful of clients for a few grand a month and having a nice work / life balance, this book might (easily could) make you feel like a bit of a loser. And, ultimately, the book leads to a sales pitch (gentle and subtle as it is) for the 'mastermind' / 'mentor program' or whatever it's called. Isn't that what most books are for these days? To act as a very long sales letter to get you into a more expensive program? Finally; the book length according to Audible is 5 hrs and 43 mins but if you run it at 1x you'll be asleep in 15 minutes. I ran it at 1.6 and got through it much quicker. At least I just about stayed awake. The first hour was painful... Anyway... It's just an honest review from my opinion.
