Summary

I took home more in a year than the CEOs of McDonald's, IKEA, Ford, Motorola, and Yahoo combined as a kid in my 20s using the $100M Offers method. It works. And it will work for you.

Not that long ago, though, my business had gotten so bad that I literally couldn’t even give my services away for free. At the end of each month, I would look at my bank account hoping to see progress (but there wasn’t). I knew something had to change...but what?

Over the next 48 months, I went from losing money to making $36 for every $1 spent. In that time period, we generated over $120,000,000 across four different industries: service, ecommerce, software, and brick and mortar.

But, unlike everyone else, we didn’t have great funnels, great ads, or a wealthy niche. In fact, we didn’t even send emails until we had crossed $50M in sales. Instead, we were able to do this one thing really well: We created offers so good, people felt stupid saying no.

Here’s exactly what this book will show you how to do:

  • How to charge a lot more than you currently are
  • The tiny market, big money process we use to laser focus on niche markets overflowing with cash
  • The “unfair” pricing formula: How we multiplied our pricing by 100 (and got more people to say yes...for real)
  • The value flip...so you never get price compared again (That’s a promise.)
  • The virtuous cycle of price: Use it to outspend your competition (for good) while using your product to attract the best talent.
  • How to make your product so good, prospects find a way to pay for it
  • The unbeatable value equation: to make what you sell worth more than your prospects have ever received
  • The delivery cube: to make delivering your products and services cost less but provide more
  • The trim and stack hack: to maximize profit using the absolute best delivery methods. (This has never been shared publicly and was how we made $17m in profit on $28m in revenue in a year when I was 28 years old)
  • How to enhance your offer so much, prospects buy without hesitating
  • The scarcity stack: How to use the three different types of scarcity in every offer you make (without lying) to get people to buy the moment you ask
  • The “everyday” urgency blueprint: to get prospects to buy right now, using everyday life to create real, ethical time pressure
  • Unbeatable bonuses...and watch your prospects' hesitations melt away as they begin reading their credit cards to you before you even finish!
  • God-mode guarantees: So good they make anyone say yes (even people who would never normally consider buying). I’ll show you how to stack and layer all four types of guarantees together. I even give you my 13 favorite guarantees word-for-word to swipe for yourself.
  • Magic naming formula to get the absolute highest response rates and conversion rates from everything you do to get new clients
  • And so much more

The methods contained within this book are so simple, so instantaneous, and so effective, it’s as if they work by magic. If you implement even one tactic in this book, you’ll see the change in your prospects' demeanor. And you’ll know the $100M Offers method worked when you start hearing, “What do I need to do to move forward?” before you even ask for the sale.

Unbelievably good... The real deal

This book has transformed my understanding of marketing and offers. It has helped me connect a ton of dots that previously I couldn't even with thousands spent on courses.

Don't look elsewhere. If you are serious about learning business... Please stop listening to everything else, and listen to this right now... And thank me later for saving you time.

Alex has no interest in up selling you from this book. His goal is to give you the tools to become a millionaire, otherwise you are not his ideal customer...

He literally has a vested interest in your success... He does not need to profit from you buying his products.

Which is kind of the opposite of many others who write books like these.

For this reason, this book is 100% honest straight up real information that will help you better than many business teacher's high ticket programs.

Just make sure you actually implement it, as if you had paid thousands... Because you may as well have for what is shared here.

This is the book my clients should read

I’m a DR copywriter and I can tell you the clients who make the most money are the ones who have realized and implemented what Alex covers in this book. Creating offers IS your business. And reading this book will make you money.

You NEED this

I just started listening to this audiobook, and had to stop halfway to call my Dad (aka my bestie) and walk him through what I’d learned so far, and how we can implement it in our various ventures.

You NEED this book. The value in it is immeasurable.

Informative

As a 21 year old entrepreneur, Alex has helped get me started with my own marketing agency. The book so far has broken down key aspects of providing an offer so good people will feel stupid saying no to you. I have attended university in the UK but Alex has taught me more fundamental skill-sets I can apply in my own business.

Thanks Alex,

Michael.

Refreshing, down to earth guide on value pricing

Alex's book has reset my ideas on what is a product value proposition, and how to price it. Most material on this subject is theoretical and/ or common tropes that then require more time/ effort for you to interpret and apply.

I found the narrative in this book to be practical, straight forward and engaging.

Looking forward to applying it further.

Fantasy

First off, he talks so fast that I had to reduce the playback speed 10% to make it sound normal. Next, I can summarize his whole philosophy in two sentences: Charge more. Then charge even more yet. Just about nothing he suggests is based on reality. This is another one of those self-help, succeed at business, get rich books that seems to be written by someone who had read 1,000 other self-help, succeed at business get rich books and concluded that he could write one too. Its a waste of time in my opinion.

Typical Fluff

The book is clearly a promo for his acquisition dot com business. Which is why his YouTube channel offers this book for like a $1 or so. People are such sheep.

Anyway the information here is a perfect example of everything that went wrong with capitalism. Henry Ford and other innovators got it right by producing a product the average Joe can afford. The author (Alex Hormozi) teaches the exact opposite! His philosophy is get the most bank from each customer by increasing the price. This is our world today. GREED!

Just Google "Gym Launch BBB" and read the complaints. It's a perfect example of greed over integrity.

Money maker!

This man is a genius. It’s all you need to know. But if that’s not enough, there hasn’t been a podcast or book this man has released that hasn’t made me money or better as a business owner. Everyone should own this book. Unless of course you don’t want to increase in revenue.

Great content littered with filthy language

I would have liked this better if he did not start out dropping the f word so much, but there was still a lot of value!

Pay Attention

Alex has taken time to document how he went from barely making offers to how he started making “Grand Slam” offers that generates $100 million offers. It’s pack with action steps, bonus worksheets to help craft offers and bonus videos to help scale our offers to knock them out the park. I recommend this to anyone who wants to double their earning in less than a year. Don’t get this if you are curious, get this because you are serious about implementing what you are about to learn.

I couldn't finish this title. Can't stand the narrator. I couldn't get much after three or four chapters.

Cool approach

I’ll pick a book like this one up every now and then to try to learn some new strategies for my business. On the whole, I’m glad I gave it a shot, as it was full of interesting insights and helpful ways of looking at marketing and sales.

I really enjoyed the author’s general business approach. He mentions how his strategy is to give away a lot of his content for free so that he makes tons of entrepreneurs successful. In turn, many of those entrepreneurs decide to work with him. He then takes the most successful of those people, invests in their companies, and makes more money than he otherwise would by charing for his content upfront. I thought that was a super novel and cool idea.

The book is filled with similar counterintuitive, yet really interesting, approaches to running a successful company. There are two reasons I’m not going five stars, however. First, you almost feel compelled to read the subsequent installments in the series; this book doesn’t stand on its own 100%. Second, some of the information in this one is high-level and, thus, a bit hard to figure out how to apply to a specific business.

That being said, I would still definitely recommend checking it out. Though I listened to it, it’s super cheap on Kindle, which makes it a no-brainer.
