Lot of practical advice on tackling social anxiety

The book starts by telling stories of young people with anxiety challenges and how they overcame them, followed by a summary of concrete steps to take (and discussed in more detail later in the book) – e.g. meditation, scheduling negative thoughts, debunking your inner critic. I love that the book presents myths and facts about introversion, insecurity and social anxiety first. Then it goes into the necessary mind shift and practices and exercises to do in order to better deal with social anxiety and become a more confident version of yourself. Good, friendly, easy to follow narration.

Craft your own success!

Wonderful audible that has left our teen son feeling fired up and confident to take on life again, He was suffering with being bullied at high school and it really had started to take its toll over the last few years. Having listened to this audible, he found that the chapter on crafting your own success metrics was a game changer - something he hadn't considered before and is a must listen for anyone who suffers with self doubt. Every chapter was well narrated, well structured and provides great tips and tricks to help tackle anxiety and help find his voice. Highly recommended!

A great guide for the socially anxious teen

The narrator really read this book well to get across the focus of the book. So much empathy and understanding for the teen experiencing this debilitating condition. The book does hold the hand of the teen and guide them step by step with lots of useful tips to relieve the anxiety they feel in social situations. There are lots of great ideas that if followed through will take you one step closer each time to your freedom to live life freely with security and courage. A beautifully read book. Thank you 💜

Much needed resource
