Summary

In this great bundle, you’ll find three interrelated books. Those are the following:

Book 1 - Learn what decreases your happiness hormone (known as serotonin) and what happens when it is low. Find out the facts when it comes to serotonin and serotonin syndrome. Learn how serotonin works as a pain reliever. Learn the effects that serotonin has on anxiety and weight loss. Discover how it reacts with fibromyalgia and sleep apnea.

Discover the functions of cortisol and what it does to the body, learn how to balance, instead of removing, this hormone. Hear about the advantages and disadvantages, and learn what the signs of high or low cortisol are, so you can live a happier, healthier life.

Pheromones. Study their history and background while learning more about the different meanings and descriptions. This book explains and debunks the typical misconceptions about pheromones, and answers the big question, "Do pheromones actually help someone to be sexier?" Hear about six different pheromones and what attracts the ladies vs. what attracts the men. Find out about the different kinds of pheromones in certain products while learning how to start with the right ones. Even learn how to naturally boost your own!

Learn about psychological durability and how to strengthen it, and more, all inside this book, just waiting to be heard.

Book 2 - What is neuromarketing? Should I worry about it, or embrace it? What does psychological imagery do? Can it improve my life, and if so, how? Is it related to hypnotherapy? What does the hormone melatonin do? Can I have too much or too little? What about psychological mindsets - how do I use them? Can they be used with mental imagery? All these questions and more are answered in this book. These are just a few of the subjects that will be covered to teach you the answers to your questions.

  • Advantages and disadvantages of neuromarketing
  • Entrepreneurial neuromarketing
  • Promoting to your customer’s brain
  • Effective visualization when using mental imagery
  • How to use it and the different techniques available
  • How expert golf enthusiasts use it to up their game. This is also used by other athletes.
  • It is also used in various art techniques such as painting and sculpting.
  • Use it to increase your self confidence.
  • Learn about melatonin and the pineal gland that produces it.
  • The health advantages and side effects of melatonin
  • What’s the very best dose?
  • What’s the best source for melatonin?
  • Ways to use psychological mindsets to turn your life around
  • How to stop complaining about your life

Book 3 - Oxytocin, endorphins, and dopamine are three of the four “happy hormones” in our brain. Oxytocin is a powerful hormone - it isn’t called the “love drug” for nothing. However, this title barely scratches the surface of the social bonding effects this hormone has. Oxytocin also plays a big part in childbearing as it increases contractions during labor and increases lactation after birth.

Endorphins is more of a catch-all as it implies a pharmacological activity as opposed to a specific chemical formulation. These endorphins can act as painkillers, kind of like the body’s own natural morphine. Endorphins can be activated by a host of things, even something as simple as a big smile or a heartfelt laugh.

Dopamine is a hormone that is also big on making you feel good. It can stop anxiety, but it can also cause an increase in impulsive reactions. Learn of its relations to studying, ADHD, schizophrenia, and more.

Estrogen is basically a girl form of testosterone. It’s responsible for the development and maintenance of her female parts. Learn the essentials about estrogen. Find out the impacts it has on the body and its relationship with fertility and aging. Learn the signs of low estrogen and more in this book.

Well read, but incoherent in structure and grammar

The reader makes a valient effort to read a poorly written text, that comes over as an assembly of matter gutted from the internet.

The grammar is poor, and the text repetitive. There is hardly any structure, and it is essentially an assemblage of assertions. The author seems to have dragged the internet on a key word search, and loosely thrown the text together using cut and paste. An irritating waste of time.

one long cheesy magazine article

It's kind of like those articles that tell guys how to pick up chicks.

Terrific

Books like these pretty much beat all competitors in these niches, because they're longer, more interesting, and more informational than any of them. The narrator was good too. Good job, Harry Thomson.

Very good

I acknowledged a lot of the things the author was talking about. Some things went over my head, but that's regular for any book that has been written by a genius.

Fascinating bundle

This book ought to be offered an award. That's how great it is. In my perspective, it was pretty perfect. There may perhaps have been a few hardly noticeable mistakes in there, but they did not bother me. Anytime you can listen to a storyteller who is this great, and about a concept that you have an interest in, you do not care about the rest. That's the end of the story.

Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem. This book has useful data. I think the first number of pages were my favorite ones, since the entire idea that the title describes, is discussed. All the fundamentals are here. Later in the book, more depth gets added, and I believe this is what makes it so good. In the beginning, I was wondering where exactly it was going, but after tuning in to it for a while, I got into it. Then I saw this book for what it was: A fantastic undertaking by an educated writer and professional narrator.

Amazing

If I would need to summarize it, it will be in one particular word: Amazing! There are a lot of details I appreciated about this, but I can only write so much. Let me think for a moment ... how should I explain this? It was expert, straightforward, and understandable. With that being said, yup, I do highly endorse this book. No doubt about it.

Not bad, I'd say

This is a secret treasure. This audiobook includes useful data. 5 stars! Without a doubt the greatest thing that's happened to me this week. I don't believe the word "amazing" does this specific book justice. There needs to be a better word, and I am going to keep searching, since it deserves something good to be said about it.

I liked it

Not bad. Actually, I would almost say that it's excellent. If ever you're searching for a manual on this subject, get this one. I don't think the word "incredible" does this specific book justice. There has to be a much better word, and I will keep looking, since it deserves something great to be said about it.
