Returned after the first chapter

This is so poorly narrated - he spoke so fast I couldn't even follow it. Returned

Personally, I liked this thing about...

I liked the facts about the hypothalamus. That's something I think we all need to understand better, because we all have one, and it determines a lot of our behavior. Are you fat, emotional, frustrated? It all relates to the hypothalamus. I also liked a lot of other things, like the details it pointed out about the differences between men's and women's brains. I knew there was a difference, but I didn't know they were as different as they claim in this book. Some myths got debunked too here, though. Good audiobook, and I highly recommend it, if these are the kinds of topics you're into.

Awesome

I don't have any other words to describe it. Wow. What did they teach me in elementary and high school? They should have taught me more stuff like this.

You can't go wrong with this

I thought this was a great way to expand my knowledge about the human brain. The three hours of listening was worth it.

This book is bad.

The grammar is poor. The content is unorganized and often repeats itself needlessly. There are also multiple places where the author straight up contradicts himself. Read something else.

It's over!

You hear that, competing books? It's over! This book is da bomb.com! It might possibly have had a few mistakes, but they did not subtract anything from the remarkable info that this particular book contains. You can learn a lot. I know I did.
