Awesome
I thought this book was awesome. I have no other words for it. We all deal with emotions that go up and down, and a lot of times, we don't understand that it's just because of the neurotransmitters in our brains. It's really simple if you think about it like that. The things that trigger dopamine and happiness hormones, make us happy. And the opposite does the opposite. I wish I had some less cortisol in my life. I need to keep working on it.

The Neurons of life
These pieces of information are as detailed as they are crucial to understanding your intellect, your emotions, and your dreams and fears. We often think we are in control, but this guide tells you how much you are being controlled by your brain structure. Be sure to treat it nice, or it will backfire on you.

Really Great info /cheesy delivery
I didn’t expect to hear this good of information ! Very different than other books I’ve read, not the same old stuff. The author uses extreme terms like never & always & his examples are pretty cheesy.

Awesome
The best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) implied the most to me. When I heard these things, I instantly understood I had actually made the best choice. This book spoke with me.

Brain training revealed
I had an interest in this particular idea, so I got this book. I wish I was really good at writing testimonials, but you'll just need to be pleased with this mediocre recommendation, namely, that the audiobook was interesting all the way through, until the very end.

Great
I loved this. It was definitely worth it. This author has books on similar topics, but they're all different, so you could buy multiple from the same author, I guess.
