What a waste of time!
Gimmicky, awful production & very poorly edited.
The audio file is clearly stitched together in an amateur fashion, and it's full of sentences like "another item to discuss is..." - over, and over, and over again.
It's frustratingly hard not to lose patience listening to this audio book, which vomits random studies and subjective advice without really helping.
Nothing in this book is groundbreaking or terribly useful - a quick websearch of key articles on sleep would provide much more depth and would be much more efficient... 5 mins instead of wasting 5 hours!
This book leads to stereotyping, labelling, and pure confusion. Avoid at all cost.
