Transform your sleep
This book is a life changer! Having had intermittent sleep problems for several years, I was aware of the general advice to improve sleep, but this book has helped me to make important changes to my sleep routine and although early days, the benefits are impressive. More importantly, I now understand why my sleep was disturbed and have a ‘tool box’ should I fall back into bad habits. Highly recommended.
