A balanced diet for sleep

Sleep disorders are disorienting in so many ways. I enjoyed the fact that this book is balanced. It doesn't just sell you one thing as the cure that will sort all your sleep problems, but, if you are diligent enough to try a good diet, a journal, some therapy, some self-control, and a few other of the things recommended here, maybe you'll get to enjoy a good night's rest. This book is really helpful.

So thankful I found this book!

I have had issues with getting to sleep for quite a while now. Have tried other resources, but nothing really helped me. This book was a refreshing approach and really helped me out. Highly recommend.

For the non sleepy head

This is a first time starting a review on the narration but I have to say the narration is soothing and fits well with a book that is about causing your insomnia and you sense that almost instantly as soon as you start listening. Chapter two introduces you to what insomnia is and what can cause it. It comes with a warning to always have yourself checked by a doctor rather than just go it alone. The symptoms caused by insomnia will shock you. Who would have thought hidden mold could be the cause of insomnia? Chapter five on CBTI should come in handy for those who suffer from insomnia and it breaks it into two categories so nice and easy to focus and learn. It's a really good book and I am so glad I have got it and look forward to putting it into practice when I need 40 winks

Sleeping Cure

I listened to this book as I coukd not sleep and sure enough, I fell asleep! With good tips and great narration, the author engaged the reader and gave great advice. Definitely worked!

I can see the VALUE.

I have always only slept for a few hours each night due to a crazy mind that never seems to shut down. I would think and think constantly until right before my alarm would go off. This was nerve wracking to say the least. So i was excited to listen to this book. It was well done with a new way of looking at obtaining sleep. The techniques of the behavior therapy seem like something that would work over time for me. But the best parts was implementing prayers as a way to release the inner stress and turmoil that I was constantly dealing with. I see possible success with this book.
