Summary
Some things just won’t stay buried… at grave’s end.
It should be the best time of half-vampire Cat Crawfield’s life. With her undead lover, Bones, at her side, she’s successfully protected mortals from the rogue undead. But though Cat’s worn disguise after disguise to keep her true identity a secret from the brazen bloodsuckers, her cover’s finally been blown, placing her in terrible danger.
As if that wasn’t enough, a woman from Bones’ past is determined to bury him once and for all. Caught in the crosshairs of a vengeful vamp, yet determined to help Bones stop a lethal magic from being unleashed, Cat’s about to learn the true meaning of bad blood. And the tricks she’s learned as a special agent won’t help her. She will need to fully embrace her vampire instincts in order to save herself—and Bones—from a fate worse than the grave.

I love Tavia Gilbert
I just love Tavia Gilbert and her narration of this story. I've heard the two prequils as well. I can't help but adore her voice compared to other female protagonist centered books, as the narrators just don't get the personality across as well as Tavia does. Not to say that I've heard them all. I've only heard a small included selection thus far. But still... She's really great in my opinion! :D

magic, weddings and the undead, oh my!
really enjoyed this next installment in bones and Cats story. The night Prince books were the first ones I read/listened to from this author so I was also really pleased when Vlad appeared in this book and had a part in the story, I love Vlad he's hilarious and one of my favourite charaters from this world.
the addition of magic and undead laws as the catalyst for our couples angst in this next stage of their relationship made for a really good and engaging story.

Awesome story poor narrator
This is one of my favourite series and have all the books on both kindle and print. After listening to the Bones point of view audiobooks which were fantastic I decided to get book 3 to carry on in audio, what a disappointment sadly I couldn't get past 30 minutes of listening to the narrator as she literally grated on my nerves so I turned it off. The only thing I'm grateful for is I found the dramatic version which is wonderful so I think I'll stick with those ....

At Grave's End
With every new installment, this series becomes more edictive and more impossible to put down. Jeaniene Frost blends great characters, even if they aren't always likeable, with passion, romance and humour. This author writes with a zeal and passion that just carries the reader along with it. This book has its fair share of violent moments and I have to say that the good guys' version of 'justice' is questionable and at times hard to credit with characters you like, but this series really is a must for vampire fiction lovers.

Favourite
This is my favourite of the entire series. I still hate the narrators awful London accent but you get use to it. The story of Bones & Cat is beautifully written but not sickly sweet. This novel is fast paced & twists & turns so you cannot doze off. The romance is believable & the sex is hot. Add into that a bit of soul destroying loss, terror & loyalty.....you get a pretty good storyline. This is best not as a stand alone story so start at the beginning if you are new to Jeaniene Frost.
Someone asked me recently if I had to chose one set of books to take to a desert island what would it be : Shakespeare, The Bible , Lord of the Rings ...Nope .....this set without a doubt.

Great story, horrid accent.
Honestly I've no complaints about the book, it's pretty decent. It's not the best one I've read in the series so far, but still worth a read. it's just the accent of "Bones" is sooooo damn bad it can be hard to listen to.
