lot of things explained !!

I like this book because it has a lot of things you can put into practice and it explains all the attachment styles, so anyone could pick themselves out and work on what needs fixing.

There are no other best books out

I found a lot in the audiobook, which helped me a new way. The author did a great job. I think it is exceptionally beneficial to the chance that you pursued well and accustomed to it.

Good Book

Being in a relationship with someone when you have anxiety issues or an anxiety disorder can be in itself very depressing. Anxiety can take over your thoughts and spread into many other areas of your life, thereby affecting your reasoning and productivity.
