Awesome book

This book was so much informative about Anxiety. In this book you get some idea about how to train our brain to eliminate anxiety. This book was so important to that public who live anxiety life. I read this book and i just love it. I found this book so much helpful to our life. This book was a great help to me. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life. In this book, you will find out the different methods you can use to fight your battle with anxiety disorder. You will find very simple steps, yet very effective, to lower your anxiety levels

Helpful and useful book.

A book on great advice or how to reduce anxiety. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me.It is also a workbook so it gives you activities that you can do to relieve anxiety. This book takes a unique look at the relationship between anxiety and grief. Don’t let anxiety keep you one step behind. This book will show you how to face your fears, overcome panic when it happens, and take charge of your anxiety once and for all.

Exellent book.

Give this book a try! It's worth it and will help put your mind at ease even if it's a little bit. I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. As soon as I opened this book it felt like we clicked. It has helped me look at the positive side of things again and to have faith that I'm going to be okay. good book

Awesome book

Since life is full of surprises and sometimes that surprises might be stressful and cause you anxiety, this book is really a big help how you can overcome this emotional state. A Great Guide for Handling Stress and Anxiety!!!!

I was so impressed by this book having been there myself and having read many books on this subject. I can relate completely to this book and tell you it is one of the best anxiety books I have ever read and so easy to follow! It's full of helpful and important tips and explanations that most books overlook. Everything you need to know to help you weather the storm of anxiety and concrete ways to rid you of it altogether.

If you are looking for a quick understanding of anxiety disorders, this is the book for you. I read the whole text in less than two hours. Written in a no-nonsense style, is upbeat and positive. The book is organized in such a way as to enable the reader to skip around to sections that are germaine to their needs without feeling lost or uninformed.

Anyone can find something helpful from this book!!

This short and concise book on mindfulness was very good. I felt it was more approachable than many other books of similar subject. It's almost like a distillation of many of the best thoughts and exercises concerning living a more mindful and less stressful life. As a society we could all stand to live more in the moment and cut the busyness.This book was written in a way that is speaking directly to the reader you feel like it is written for me the techniques in this book are written to be able to do I will re-read and take notes so I can be able to make techniques work for me.

This really works!!!! Finally relief from anxiety!

Very simple, intelligent book on how to end anxiety. Makes perfect sense. I'm sure it is easier said than done but if a person puts the tools into action, anxiety can be overcome.This was a great read with lots of helpful tips to overcome anxiety. I would recommend this to anyone facing an troubles.As expected Joel comes through with a great book on his personal experience how to manage anxiety. His technique is what helped me beat my anxiety.

Get Your Anxiety Under Control!!!!

this book and learning that anxiety is a much larger issue than what people typically associate with anxiety and that there are subcategories of anxiety that people do not normally associate with it I felt like I had a much more comprehensive understanding of what ways anxiety can present itself in different people lives and how it affects different people in very different ways. I would suggest that anyone who is affected by anxiety or has a family member or friend living with anxiety to read this book, they have left no stone unturned and no question left unanswered. This book could be the last book you need to read to understand anxiety.

I first met Joel Robertson a number of years ago when I was attending a professional development workshop she was presenting on the same topic as her book, The Anti-Anxiety Food Solution. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor and psychotherapist in private practice, I am always very interested in learning about more holistic ways to help my clients treat their anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Joel herself sold to me and signed the first copy of her book I ever purchased, at the end of her presentation many years ago.

Excellent Anxiety Book!!!!

The Anxiety Handbook was a great read for many reasons. It read more like a brochure than an actual book. Many might find that thought discomforting. I am here to assure that Steps of Anxiety is not your ordinary nonfiction read. Most nonfiction books I have read were textbooks, and let me tell you this is far from any book that you might come across.

Excellent!!!

This book was recommended to me as a must-read when I first started working at my current place of employment. I loved the book so much that I ended up buying a copy for myself and indulge in re-reading it for a refresher every year or two. I would definitely recommend this book for professional growth in leadership and management.

The tips in this book along with the suggestions for the proper amino acids to take for it changed my life. I feel so much better now. I give this book two very enthusiastic thumbs up.easy-to-understand steps anyone can take to turn their lives around. Trudy Scott puts everything you need to know in one place. Particularly interesting is the information on pyroluria. I have already seen amazing results in myself and relatives following her advice.

I would recommend!!!!

I am interested in the aspects of healthy living, and how I could help people feel better too. This book helped me to reevaluate some of my food choices, and supplements use. For the price it is am amazing resource. Highly recommended.Important. Guidance with no hype. This book and ones like it are changing healthcare for the better. Wonderfully Surprised!!!

I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. This book really helps for people like me who are seeking help.

Highly Recommended for Anxiety!!!

Very Relaxed Life.

What started out as a desire to understand an issue for a particular person, led to an understanding of phenomena that impacts my own life in many unexpected ways? I learned that anxiety can come about from genetics, stress, traumatic events, and other common occurrences. Even parenting style can cause anxiety later in life. As a mother of two young boys, this information was invaluable.

Wonderful book!!!

I found this a great guide for those of us with anxious minds, overwhelmed lives, and the yearnings of change to live free again. Sometimes, focusing on a book saying most of what you already know can help you see what will make the changes visible when your mind is clouded.

This book covers many different techniques to use to end your anxiety. Each one is powerful and can be used by itself but together they are even better. I have read the book several times now and I am using a number of his techniques that I found to be most useful to me. There are so many ideas to choose from that everyone will be able to choose several to use in different situations
