Fabulous book, I’m getting into running technique coaching and it has helped me a lot. I’m a zero drop wide toe runner so it was interesting that I had gone down his suggested path instinctively. Great for all runners! Don’t be afraid to see physios and coaches to help you along the way!!

The first three quarters was a good listen but I got bored by the end although that might be because it got increasingly technical and I started loosing the point. However, it's mostly good.

The dude is interesting and actually quite inspiring. However, I’m still none the wiser so it’s probably better as a physical book as I couldn’t keep up with the facts and figures. Also there is a pdf you can look at but I find it hard to work out some of the tables on a small phone screen.
