Sensuality, kinks and dominance is all in play, the future looks dim. But Lucy Smoke and AJ Macey won't leave it there, right? Twists and turns lead to a cliffhanger I didn't see coming! Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett narrate this gritty, dark romance and the team is phenomenal. Johnson gives Gaven that dangerous feel, even when he is trying to be nice! It oozes out of him, making Gaven dark! Puckett is Angel, defiant, angry, a little immature but ready for the challenge and she brings it all out of her. These two were amazing and made the listen great.

🔥 and betrayal!
This book kept my attention. There was innocence, darkness, 🔥and betrayal. The epilogue makes you want book 2 even more than the final chapter did!

Amazing dual narration from Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett
Angel is the younger of two daughters to the head of the mafia family. She just wants a normal life, go to college. Her father has other ideas and arranges a marriage for her. Gaven is a lot older than Angel, she is angry but there such chemistry. Angel doesn't make it any easier, Gaven has to win her over. There is kinks and dominance with twists and a cliff hanger.
