Great ending
Brielle and Leo had the odds stacked against them with Lilith . I’m glad things turned out good for them both even though they lost a lot of people.

Everything is about to go up in flames.
Yikes I'm terrible at describing things but here's what I thought, this book really was explosive. I absolutely loved it, but at the same time it completely crushed me. Without saying too much because I don't want to spoil anything, but that ending was extremely unexpected. That's the last thing I ever thought would happen, this series has been exciting and intense from beginning to end. The characters are incredibly written that I found it hard to put this down, everyone had something unique and interesting to add to the story. The storyline itself was strongly written, it was brutal and filled with so much action that it never felt like I got bored. Every chapter pulled me into this world deeper, I grew attatched to many of the characters. Leo was my favourite, but Nyx was definitely my second favourite. Both of these characters had such an intriguing background, I never wanted the book to end. The narrator did an amazing job of bringing emotion to this story, making it come to life in my head. This was the first series I bought in ebook, it got me into R.L Perez's writing. Her style is nothing short of spectacular, her characters have sass and attitude. Her female leads are far from helpless, but once in a while need saving. This is what I love most, as well as the switching perspectives between main characters. This series is a must listen to or read for anyone who loves magic, vampire's, werewolves and twists you'll never see coming. It has it all and so much more.
