Amazing
I can’t recommend this book enough from start to finish was amazing written really good and I loved the narrated Storyline was amazing can’t wait to start book 2 this was my first from the writer and narrated will be looking for more

Dark secrets
Briar's idea about being married off are naïve and romantic as nurtured by her father and sisters, now living in a different world she has to find her way to what she hoped would be her happy ever after but her soon to be husband is anything but interested or nice to her. We find out that everyone has secrets but we will have to continue listening to the next instalment to find out as we are just given glimpses...
The narrator has a pleasant voice but the narration was far to quick for me, it didn't give me a chance to fully take in the story before we were onto the next chapter.

Good start
Briar has known she’s been promised to Kane the prince of death all her life now the day has come for her to meet him. Really enjoyed listening to this and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series.Isabella Tugman is a new narrator to me and I enjoyed listening to her .

Even better the 2nd time round
I absolutely loved reading this book and listening to it the second time around was even better. Izzy did an amazing job bringing the characters to life. Love the sorry and the tension. I can't wait for the second installment to come to audible.
