Battle Tested Psychology for Unstoppable BJJ Performance

“What if I told you I can train your brain to Win!?”

In BJJ and in life, a strategic mindset matters more than raw talent or skill. It is very difficult for new students and even some experienced fighters to develop aspects of their ‘inner game’ if they don’t have the concepts and methods to play with.

In the Champions Mind, best-selling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach, Oliver Staark, will teach you the routines and exercises that the greatest Jiu jitsu stars use to take their performance to the next level — whether the ‘next level’ for you means getting onto the mat in your first competition or striving for a win in a professional super fight.

When you practice these techniques regularly and incorporate them into your training, you will set and exceed your goals and eventually reach your true potential in BJJ.

In this book, you will learn:

  • The main reason you haven’t had success in competition is because of one of these six fears
  • Preparing the mind during the week of the tournament
  • You get tapped in training for a Comp! Now what?
  • Mindset for your first match
  • Visualization impact
  • Post-tournament Breakdown
  • Dealing with Injuries
  • Cutting Weight
  • And much, much more...

You will never achieve any important goal until you first defeat the psychological issues that stand between you and that goal—the fears that tell you it's too risky, you don't deserve it, or you just aren’t good enough.

In fact, hesitant thinking is one of the most destructive thought patterns you can fall into. Whenever you find yourself worrying, procrastinating, or questioning your potential, fear and anxiety are getting the best of you.

We know how important sports psychology is, so why does it hardly ever get applied to Jiu Jitsu?

This could change how you look at your performance next year and for many years to come.

You can re-train your brain to win!

Don’t believe the coaches who might not believe in you. Practice the strategies and concepts here and prove them all wrong.

Listen to this mind-changing book and discover why victory — in sports, in business, and in life — always favors the courageous mind.

Fighting to win or fighting not to lose

Unlike a lot of anecdotal help books, this book is full of evidence based studies and the author is sharing some interesting thought processes which resonates with anyone thinking of competing or has just started competing.
I will definitely be using some of the principles in the book.
A must read for hobbyists and competitors who may be starting their journey.
