This was unputdownable! And such a great audio!

Wow! This was unputdownable. Such a roller-coaster of emotions, action and so many small and big twist and turns along the way. I swallowed this story in no time. It literally grabbed me from page 1 or should I say minute 1 since I listened to the audio version. And that was such a great book in terms of narration. Andi Arndt and Christian Fox did an exceptional job transferring the emotions of this book. And there were plenty. Such a poignant story with so many unexpected surprises inside that I absolutely didn’t see coming.

The plot captivated me, the characters were intriguing and I quickly fell in love with them all.

Holy mother of all things alpha – Caven Hunt. That man was a top BBF material. So confident, cocky and a bit gloomy, but with such a huge loving heart that completely melted mine. I was hesitant about my feelings towards Hadley at first, but she quickly redeemed herself and I really felt for her. I was in awe with the brave decisions she took to protect the ones she loved and her patience given the whole situation.

This story was enemies-to-lovers, a bit of a second chance romance and a very slow-burning one at that. But there were plenty of steamy scenes and the sexual tension was there. They were both one explosive couple with so much passion and love leading their actions.

There were some more relaxed, calmer parts at one point and the story got a bit sappy and cheesy, but I loved the overall fast-pacing, and holy wow – that ending. I so didn’t see this coming. Thank God, I waited till both books were released cause that was one hell of a cliffy there. So excited and impatient to start the next one.

So all in all, great performance in terms of audio and a very intriguing, complicated, complex plot that will leave you wanting more of this couple.

Besides, there were so many good quotes that made me stop for a while and just think:
“Because life isn’t lived as a whole. You aren’t given a hundred years all at once. Time is doled out one very manageable second at a time. Stop looking at the big picture and find happiness in the seconds.”

That one just about sums the whole story up and wraps it with a bow. A powerful message to live by. And I so can’t wait to continue this journey with WRITTEN WITH YOU.

Wow!!

Well this was not what I was expecting!! The start caught me straight away and I knew I was going to enjoy where this story was going to go. What it didn’t prepare me for was the little twists which I thought I had an idea but 😱 I didn’t and that makes me love it even more :)

It’s been a long time since I’ve read Aly Martinez and I have loved listening to this audio Christian Fox & Andi Arendt were perfect for this colab. Can’t wait to listen to book 2!!

No Regrets

I was hooked on this story from the very beginning. Aly Martinez kept the story moving with new pieces being slowly introduced. My only disappointed was that it is a too bee continued. So I have to get the next book. Fortunately it is already released.

Excellent job on the narration by Andi Arndt and Christian Fox.

Recommend the book, but have some tissues ready from the start

Two souls trying to live

Caven and Hadley have a bond from a terrible day that occurred when they were younger. Years later the way meet again which results in a one night stand and a baby daughter. Hadley has been destroyed by that terrible day and does the unthinkable and leaves her baby with Caven. Years later she returns and wants in on her daughters life but Caven feels different. This is the story of Hadley mending fences with Caven and learning about her daughter but can they stop from falling in love. Did not see that twist of an ending coming how will Caven deal with the lies wow. Loved this book one of the duet and can not wait to see how their love story ends. Great narration by Andi Arndt and Christian Fox.

Now I know why I keep seeing this book raved about. It’s because it is freaking awesome. So well written and well narrated! It’s one of those stories that grabs your attention and doesn’t let go! It has all the feels! So so good!!! I loved it!!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥

I was rapt throughout!

Written With Regret (The Regret Duet #1) is brilliant. It’s filled with heartbreak, tragedy, friendship and love. The storyline had me rapt from the start with fantastic characters, twists , turns, and the laugh out loud funny and cute exchanges between Caven and his daughter. It’s perfection! I can’t wait to start book 2.

I could not sleep, I just had to finish it. What the hell?! Jumping in to book two now.

Sheeeesh...

What can I say about this book...

This was my first Aly Martinez book and boy was I hooked! From the first chapter until the moment I shouted "nooooooo" at the end of the book!! I can't explain how I felt but just wanted to figure how they would get to a happy place... I would get a flicker of light... Then boom, it was taken away!
The twists and turns in this book will leave you needing an antacid! Enjoy the ride and get the second book to the ready! You will need it!!! Though I personally had to request a hand hold to start the next book!!

The performance of this book was faultless! A beautiful combination! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
