Wish it had a parent edition

I liked the book a lot, it made me realize a lot of room for self improvement. however, I was listening to it as a first time parent with an infant, and some of the hints and tips or to-dos could never work in my current life situation.
Mort importantly, I wish it had a how to version for teaching these to a child, so they can grow up ti be unstressable adults. when I still struggle with these myself, I would need help to teach it to my child

soothing

Mow and Alice have written a very important book. The world we live in appears very stressed. But we can do something about this in how we are effected. In the book there are many ideas to take into one's life to de-stress and they work. I have recommended this book to my daughter and wife . Remember most of our I'll health comes from too much stress!! So go ahead and become unstressable.

Wonderful!

Amazing guide to understanding stress

The way Mo and Alice both explain and describe all the faces of stress in an extremely understandable but professional way is unmatched. Would recommend to anyone that wants to better their lives.

A great read full of practical tips

Enjoyed the practical tips on how manage stress in today’s busy world. It reminded me of some of what I already knew, a long side new insights. Alice and Mo both had something great to add, their calm voices were a pleasure to hear.

An alternative perspective on stress and life

In a world drowning in self-help books and advice, this book offers ways of thinking differently and of being brave enough to open one's mind to alternative views of living in a stressful and performance-driven world. Busyness has become a badge of honour rather than seen for what it is - a thief of joy. This book offers doable and practical ways for creating joy in everyday life, regardless of circumstances.

relatable

This book helped me understand why I feel do stressed alot if the time and actually made me feel normal. with symptoms such as my body aching towards the end if a working week, made me realise I'm carry alot if pent up stress snd I need to look after my own needs more. both Authors give there own advice and both have a lovely tones to there voice. making you want to focus on the Author throughout. highly recommended for everyday life stresses and traumatic stress
