The police arrest a suspect, Damon Morton, confident he is their man. But three of his employees admit to the crimes, and Morton's wife and girlfriend provide him with an alibi.

Loving this series

I have always loved Lynda's books. Even better on Audible. Went through Trial and Retribution in one day. Then straight onto Retribution 2. I ordered the rest of the series in one go.
Just brilliant. Will spend the rest of my time unwell and in bed working my way through them all.

Gripping

I found the second book in this series as brilliant as the first and will be moving on to the third next. The narrator is brilliant easy to listen to and makes all the characters recognizable. Did not anticipate the twist at the end. Highly recommend.

Not bad

An interesting book though I did wonder how much of the gore was gratuitous. I would consider getting another in the series.

Superb

Rediscovering Lynda Is Plante after watching her stories on tv in years gone by! Absolutely love the audible narration of them! She writes so well you can see everything in your minds eye. And Colin Made is excellent!
Got through T&R 1 and T&R 2 in one weekend! On to T&R 3 next! Done all the Widows too! Bliss!

Excellent

This was a great story read by an excellent narrator. The ending was superb and I can't wait to read the third book in the series.

Good story……

…… marred only by the narrator, whose flat, monotonous, dull voice, spoiled the expressive narrative. It’s a shame he was employed in this capacity.
