Summary

A Horus Heresy audiobook collection.

The Horus Heresy was the darkest moment in the history of mankind, as brother turned upon brother and threatened to tear the galaxy apart. This bundle of audiobooks delivers an action-packed, yet intimate look at the heroes and villains of the era.

Listen to it because: in this collection of audiobooks, Black Library stalwarts take on big names and story beats pertaining to some of the landmark events of the Horus Heresy - the greatest conflict the galaxy has ever known.

Good but not what I expected.

From the audible summary I thought this would be a complete mixture of dramas but instead it is(so far, 5 hours) the invasion of the ultramar system. The dramas are good but I wasn't looking for big chunks on the same campaign setting. Hoping it diverges soon.. we'll see.

21 hours of really shitty sound effects.

The overall story line is not bad. Unfortunately, with bad sound effects and a less than stellar narrator the overall book just gave me a headache.
A note to the Author, this could be a best seller if you redid the narrator and sound effects. Just a thought for a possible re-release.
