Interesting but not long enough!
It is definitely worth a read and has a lot of interesting points and observations . However, I would have liked for it to have delved a bit deeper as I feel I'm still left with questions. It feels like an introduction to the subject, and now I'm ready to read the next part!

Game changing
I had been lost for a long time , emotional suffering , confusion, had no identity never knew the person I used to be . This book helped me realise that what I was going through was normal , it helped me identify myself and my abuser ! It was like having a council in your corner and I can’t wait to read the books that accompany this one ! This audio book is a book of help and rediscovering yourself ! Highly recommended!

Exactly what I needed
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the author for sharing this. The whole way through it was entirely relatable and healing for me. The story reassured me throughout; reassured me that I wasn’t imagining it and that I had just escaped something truly toxic.
I’ve been hurting for some time since our breakup, wondering where it went wrong and whether it truly was me. This book has just helped me reconfirm my self-worth and realise that it really was him that was the problem throughout the relationship.
I’m looking forward to reading your next book. Thank-you for all your support in this one.

The only audible on this subject!
This was an easy listen. There were some grammatical errors towards the end of the audible but it was composed well and casual enough to move through the work quickly. The content is very supportive.
