Summary
Duet narration by Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers.
She’s his fiancée’s younger sister. He’s the man she’s always loved.
When her sister doesn’t show up on her wedding day, Raven has no choice but to take her place, but marriage to Ares Windsor is nothing short of torture.
The elusive billionaire media mogul is the man she’s always loved…yet he’s only ever had eyes for her sister.
Married to him at last, Raven is determined to win him over.
After all, everything is fair in love and war.
And this?
This is war.
Publisher's Note: this audiobook contains a lot of angst. As mentioned in the blurb, the heroine is marrying her sister's fiancé. If this is not a theme you'd enjoy, then this audiobook might not be for you. This is a standalone with a guaranteed happily-ever-after, and no cheating.

Absolutely loved it ❤️
It kept me enthralled. I couldn't get enough of the romance that the characters shared. The whole story just brings you in and I hated for it to end.

A heart wrenching yet beautiful story.
So emotional. I love stories like these, those that can make me feel so strongly for a character. I cried and cried and cried, it was a heart wrenching yet beautiful story. I absolutely loved it!
The narrators did a fantastic job with the emotions of their lines, I truly felt them so it really complimented the author's work.
If all of the author's stories are of this quality, I predict that I will become a huge fan. Really great work from everyone. The only complaint that I had in my mind, is that I didn't want it end. It's bittersweet when you really enjoy a story isn't it?

Lots of emotional drama before the HEA!
Okay, I have to confess that about 40% in I had to take a peek at the epilogue cuz I need the assurance that there’s truly an and Raven. LOL!
The beginning was so gut-wrenching for Raven and I basically was annoyed with Ares for most of that part.
I sort of guess the twist at the end or maybe it’s more like a secret. This “secret” shows how manipulative and evil Hannah truly is. I mean not that there’s any doubt she and her mother are just bad people. Like who needs enemies when you have a sister and mother like these two. I feel so bad for Raven. And too bad Ares was stuck in Hannah’s trap for as long as he was. He was so wishy-washy with his feelings and I do understand why but still he wasn’t as strong as I think he should be. However, he redeemed himself towards the end. Instead of just telling Raven how he feels, he showed her in more ways than one. And that scene at Silas’s place definitely puts me on team Ares.
This was a good start to a new series. And I love all the Windsor siblings so I’m happy to know that they each will get their own story.
I haven’t listened to duet-style narration for a while now and this book reminded me how much I love it versus dual narration. Also, it’s Sebastian York so it’s even that much more enjoyable. His voice and pacing is always on point for me. Lucy Rivers did a wonderful job with the narration but some of her female voices were hard to distinguish.

Favorite Story 🥹
I reread this book so many times since I downloaded it. Every about this story from the characters to the storylines is amazing I cried the first three times reading. This story is complicated and yet the best I read in a while. I hope I get to hear more from the Windsors in the near future ✨

It was good!
it is a good listen and worth it. The verbiage used during the hot scenes was over the top and had me giggle. But it's worth a listen.

An episode of Jerry Springer
The same train wreck throughout the story. There is no depth to the characters. you won't laugh, cry or feel any emotion from thus story.

Ehhhhh
Story was alright, it was super repetitive, the scenes were literally the same thing over and over, Hannah saying things to make raven doubt Ares and raven constantly asking if this was real, kinda was annoying

Good but…
I LOVE Sebastian York & I LOVED Bittersweet Memories, but this one was too angsty. The woman was too weak and needy. Still a good book, not great.

Slow build good twist
Not a fan of the narrators otherwise good. Slow built but great twist. Decent character development
