Extremely easy to understand powerful ideas
This really made me think. I found the linking of kaizen to psychology a very powerful idea. It's a lot more coherent than things like NLP, and gives you useful ideas you can use straight away.

Good theory, could have been better story
I like the Kaizen theory and what it stands for, but found the narration a little tedious and it could have gone a bit more Indepth with its uses,
Having said that- if it was longer I probably might not have lasted!!
If you're looking for mindset, coaching, self improvement or management books amor ideas to implement its definitely worth a try

Great book
What made the experience of listening to The Spirit of Kaizen the most enjoyable?
The way fundamental concepts are dealt with. The book is very easy to understand even though the content presented is quite intense.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Spirit of Kaizen?
When the authors explains how small changes in the attitude and behaviours versus the staff can have positive impact in the company production and on the overall company economy.
What about Bob Maurer’s performance did you like?
Definitely yes, and I will certainly recommend this book.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
With Kaizen is possible to have positive changes.
Any additional comments?
This is one of the best book I read recently, it makes you reflect and absorb such an important concept. When the book is easy to understand and is written in a conversational style, it is very easy to remember the concept.
