Had high hopes
Absolutely terrible, can’t decide if it’s the story’s the narrators, the backing track or all three together making a terrible audio book. I’ve waited patiently for the space wolves books to come, this however is a waste of money. They need to get a decent narrator to read the original 6 books that make up the spacewolf omnibus’; (space wolf, Ragnars claw, grey hunter, wolf blade, sons of Fenris & wolf’s honour)

A Brilliant glimpse into Russ finest warriors.
Listened to this while painting my Minis. It really added to the experience. It was a great listen. The stories were entertaining and gave me a real first hand look at my favourite Chapter. Vox Tenibris stands out, as does The story with Lukas, whose name escapes me.
Each story is unique and gives a brilliant helping of motivation and creativity that carries over into the game.

Decent stories for an afternoon of painting
These stories make for good background whilst enjoying an afternoon of painting but honestly, they won't change your life. It acted as a good palate cleanser between my other listening sessions of the Horus Heresy books which can be quite full on sometimes, so the smaller listen time and a mix of some different stories all in one audibook was a welcome change.
If this appears on sale and you're a fan of Space Wolves then give it a go but don't expect big things!

Good Mix
Some good stories and some that aren't too bad may take a bit of concentration for some as the effects which are very good and realistic sometimes overwhelm the audio narrative which can be a bit annoying if your doing something and have to stop or try and pick up the tread again. Shame you cant adjust the volume of the effects whilst allowing for the voices to come through a bit better. Still worth adding to the library however

Good. Real good.
Like the other reviews point out, it’s a series of short stories. While the quality varies somewhat, they all are worth a listen. The voice acting is great, though a little campy in one or two places. The volume of the sound effects can be somewhat jarring, but it’s not as all consuming as other reviews make it out to be. Overall 9/10 would buy again, would recommend using a credit on.
