Very nice box set
Each novel is full length and features a different couple. You do see interconnected characters throughout. The series is highly entertaining and one credit for many hours of fun listening. It is so good. The narrators are amazing and give depth to the characters.

This was a sweet romance with a little bit of heat. The characters had quite a lot of past trauma to deal with in their current relationships. With a good story line and humour I really enjoyed it. A fantastic performance from both Erin and Gregory.

The Single Dads of Seattle
This is a sweet and spicy contemporary romance. It had all the things to look for in a romance book. I enjoyed it. Check your trigger warning because each book has elements of sensitive topics that some readers may find difficult to read.

Wonderful set of books
I read the ebooks of these stories and liked them a lot. All 4 books follow a group of single dads who seek help through forming a dad's group, which I love. Their romances are well done, although in each case, I remember finding that the guys had some really annoying behaviors (more aggressive than necessary, a little too possessive or bossy but in a way that made me like the guys a little less). That said, overall, I really enjoyed these stories, finding more reasons to smile than frown. I also loved the single dad stories and each time, the men were really great dads. The narrations throughout these books were fantastic. Most were new to me but I thought they did really well overall. I really enjoyed the audiobook and they did such a great job complementing my memory of reading the ebooks. 🎧PinkFlamingo, TheFlock

Great box set
All the books here could be listened to as a stand alone, but because of the interconnected characters it’s nice to seem them as a set.
Hired by the Single Dad - 5 stars, my favorite of the box set with personally relatable characters. Narrated by Zachary Johnson and Allyson Voller
Dancing with the Single Dad - 5 stars, unique from most contemporary romance with a heavy emphasis on past relationships. Great narration by Gregory Salinas and Erin Bateman.
Saved by the Single Dad - 4 stars, exceeded expectations given the relationship to a prior character. Excellent narration by Matt Hicks and Stella Hunter.
Living with the Single Dad - 4 stars, tough situation for the main characters and lots of complexity to the story. Narrated by Gregory Salinas and Eliza Roberts.
I received a copy of the audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.

Singe Dad Romance Box Set
Hired by the Single Dad by Whitley Cox is a contemporary single dad romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Allyson Voller and Zachary Johnson. This is the first book in The Single Dads of Seattle series and can be read as a standalone.
This is the first book of Whitley's that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. I absolutely loved the relationship that bloomed between Mark and Tori. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
Allyson and Zachary did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would highly recommend this book if you love single dad romances, sweet romances, or contemporary romance.

Great Boxset
Hired by the Single Dad
Mark was attracted to Tori the minute his eyes landed on her when she was out with friends celebrating her separation from her cheating ex. She told him she worked with children with ASD and he told her his friend was looking for someone for his son but he lied and it was Mark who was looking for someone. The chemistry between them was there from the start and when they gave in to it sparks flew then things happened and Mark fired her saying some awful things to her. Can Tori forgive all the things he said to her in anger or will she tell him to get lost.
Dancing with the Single Dad
This is the second book in The Single Dads of Seattle series and it was so good. Adam takes his Daughter Mira to dance class and the minute he sees Violet the chemistry is there . I loved the ups and downs Violet felt being widowed when I was 40 I understood her feelings about dating again . It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling when she eventually knew she wanted Adam. Loved the narration from Gregory and Erin it made listening even better.
Saved by the Single Dad
I really like this series . This book follows Mitch who lost his wife Melissa and is bringing his Daughter up alone . He meets Paige who is his sisters BF Adams ex wife. At first Paige is standoffish but they soon realise they have feelings and things progress.
Living with the Single Dad
I have really enjoyed this series but this is my favourite by far. When Isobel meets Aaron she sees a broken man after all he’s suffered it’s understandable .Isobel being the empath she is sets out to mend him but Aaron has to admit his faults before they can take the relationship further .

box set full of Dads you can't help but feel for
Narrators did an excellent job. The box set is full of single Dads you can't help but feel for, and the other Dads I'm definitely curious about their stories. To be completely honest I had my ups and downs with how I felt about the books, but it's hard to explain or pinpoint why. I was definitely rooting for an HEA for everyone. Some I felt were really angsty and also high percent of spicy times in all it seemed, so if that's your jam. To be honest, part of my on the fence feelings may be due to the lack of action and adventure, as I tend to be drawn more to those stories, but definitely occasionally enjoy the more contemporary book... and who doesn't like a good single Dad story?...maybe I just needed a higher suspense story thrown in inbetween each story? But the way the stories flowed from one to the other in plot it was hard to not be curious what was next. As a warning too and full disclosure for people who may be like me: one factor I struggled with was some political stuff thrown into one. An author is always allowed to have their opinions of course, and a tidbit showing that is no issue, but in full honesty I almost stopped listening to one because it was brought up repeatedly in a very short period, and I read/listen to get away from the real world so I hesitate slightly when too much of real world lingers in a story. I powered through though. I will say Book 4 definitely brought the action and suspense I craved. And another brought on some serious emotions, so you do get a bit of variety.

Love a Single Dad
The Single Dads of Seattle are the stories of ten sexy single fathers brought together by Liam, one of their own to play poker every Saturday night and offer friendship and support. Each guy loves their child fiercely and hopes to find love once again. Until then and always, they have each other. This is a collection of the first 4 books.
Book 1.) Hired by the Single Dad. (3 stars) Narration- Allyson Voller and Zachary Johnson
Out with her friends for a "divorce celebration", Tori meets Mark who picks up the tab for the ladies. He's a single dad himself and understands the pain of a failed relationship. His wife couldn't handle the demands of raising an autistic son while Tori's ex-husband was a cheating, lying jerk who left her penniless, but divorce is divorce, and it hurts. When Mark offers Tori a job caring for his son, it gives her a second chance at her dream. And maybe more. Very Insta-lust and I'm still not sure about the love part. It also took too many unnecessary shortcuts. The best relationship in the book was between Tori and Gabe. When he said her name, my heart melted. It was sweet and believable in a way Tori and Mark were not.
Book 2.) Dancing with the Single Dad (4 stars) Narration- Gregory Salinas and Erin Bateman
Adam's daughter, Mira wants to be a ballerina, so he signs her up at a new dance studio with local celebrity, World Famous Prima Ballerina Violet Benson. Violet has returned to Seattle after the loss of her partner Jean-Phillipe and is living with her new widower brother and niece Jayda. From the first moment he sees her, Adam is entranced with the lovely dancer. Mira and Jayda become best friends immediately in the way of little girls, so Adam has the excuse he needs to spend time with Violet. And before she knows it, Violet is looking forward to seeing the handsome professor. As they get closer, they discover a shared love of dance and realize they make a great dance couple. So, when Violet's studio is asked to take part in a holiday performance, Adam is recruited to be her partner. Before long the two are doing more than dancing. I loved Adam and Mira. Best daddy-daughter duo ever. Mira is beyond adorable and made the book for me. Violet was lovely and a good match for Adam but I would have been more comfortable with a different timeline. There are no rules for falling in love and you can't set a timetable for grieving but I had a hard time believing someone who lost the love of her life and professional partner would be capable of getting into another serious relationship within the year.
Book 3.) Saved by the Single Dad (4 stars) Narration- Matt Hicks and Stella Hunter
Paige lost too many pieces of herself; one piece for each baby she lost, until there was nothing left. She lost herself. She was a failure and hated herself. She's worked hard to get back but she's got a way to go. She gave up her marriage and her daughter. She's got her cooking and now she has her dancing to express her pain. Dancing is when Mitch first sees her. Her strength and vulnerability are irresistible. Paige never expects to find love again but Mitch won't be ignored. He has a way of making her see more in herself than she does on her own. The chef and the photographer are each about to get a second chance at love. I didn't love Mitch falling for his friend's ex-wife but despite the messiness, I liked both characters. I loved Paige's character growth. She still needs to learn how to give instead of take but she's come quite a way from her breakdown. I love their daughters and I love the single dads. I really wish there were more poker nights. Their nights together are some of my favorite parts.
Book 4.) Living with the Single Dad (3 stars) Narration- Gregory Salinas and Eliza Roberts
Aaron is home again after suffering the worst loss yet in a life too full of tragedy. The former Navy Seal finds himself the sole parent of his newborn niece after his sister was killed in a senseless crime. He never planned to be a father, only the fun uncle, and he has no idea how to be a dad. His sister's best friend, a single dad himself makes arrangements for Isobel, a nanny to help out. Isobel's heart immediately goes out to Aaron and his niece and she quickly becomes invaluable. Her knowledge and heart turn Aaron's house into a home but Aaron's secrets and temper threaten everything. It could have used less drama and more focus on the characters. More time with Isobel and Aaron. More time with Aaron and the other single dads. More people time, less spectacle. We didn't need rescues, we needed more character and relationship-building.
Erin Bateman, Matt Hicks, Stella Hunter, Zachary Johnson, Eliza Roberts, Gregory Salinas, and Allyson Voller each take a hand at narrating the characters in their respective books. I loved the women. Eliza Roberts was new to me and I loved the energy she brought to the role. The men were all good but not always great. Growly is good until it becomes ridiculous. However, I believe it was Matt that I had the biggest issue with. He needs to work on his female characters. They threw me out of the story at times they were so over the top. Simply soften your voice, don't pretend to be a female. It's too much. Overall, however, they all did a solid job bringing this series to life.

GREAT BOX SET!
This is the first series I've read/listen to by Whitney Cox. The individual books were a bit shorter and well written! It's not often an author can write shorter stories that are satisfying. I loved each storyline and characters. This was a great boxed set to listen to while on my trip!
The narrators were all excellent! we get emotional performances that had the audiobook rolling like a movie in my head.

DANCING WITH THE SINGLE DAD
An enjoyable story about Adam, a single father who is attracted to his daughter's dance teacher, Violet. As their relationship builds, Violet allows herself to love again and finds that Adam is just what she needed to a happily ever after.

Mitch realizes Paige is Adam's ex-wife and Adam is now dating his sister Violet but there are no hard feelings between the couples.
As their friendship builds into a relationship and her self confidence is getting stronger due to Mitch, Paige decides to follow her dream and open her own pastry shop which happens to be next to Mitch's new photography studio. Catering for Mitch's grand opening, Paige realizes she has gained a lot of new friends and her days of being closed off are over. Once they confess their love for one another, they begin to find their way to a HEA.
A lot of emotions with this story!

Fun box set!
This box set was a fun listen! The characters were great and you got to see glimpses of the other couples as the new stories went on. Some of them did have some emotional topics but I felt like they were handled with care. I love the single dad trope so these were a great way to satisfy that book craving.
The narration was good, I always would prefer duet but the did a great job doing dual.
I loved the kids, the dads, and their new women. So good and who doesn’t love a box set? Such a great value!
