Summary
The people who doubted you are in for the shock of their lives
Mitch Horowitz, "a cross between Aleister Crowley and Alan Watts" (Duncan Trussell), delivers this generation's most literate and liberating self-help book in The Miracle Habits.
Mitch shows how to foster a life of revolutionary self-direction through 13 "Miracle Habits" - radical but workable commitments that allow you to "Spend for Power" (Habit 8), "Get Away from Cruel People" (Habit 6), "Rule in Hell" (Habit 13), and produce fortuitous events surpassing all expectation in career, creativity, relationships, charisma, and self-respect.
"This book", Mitch writes, "is about more than cultivating sanctioned notions of success or acceptance. It is not about being 10% happier, 'good enough', or reorganizing your sock drawer. It is about fostering miracles. Not as a once-in-a-lifetime experience but as a recurring and natural part of life".

Excellent book.. Very Interesting.
Excellent book.. Very Interesting.. i took away a lot from this book. I am re reading it again, and using the bits that really talk to me, and i can apply, I am not a believer as such in Magick, or miracles. But when you reframe your goals, The goals that actually speak to you, not externally give to you, or expected, but what you actually really want, the results could be viewed as magick or miracles as these are going to happen more often as the conditions for them to happen now present, your every action makes them reality. You eliminate self sabotage. the Author is also an excellent Narrator. I recommend this book..

The Miracle Club 2.0
Mitch’s book The Miracle Club is one of my favorites; a text a revisit regularly. This new text is a wonderful companion that outlines how to apply intentional action to mind metaphysics. I have already begun to apply some of the Habits outlined in this book. I have always appreciated the depth and intellectual strength of Mitch’s work. I have a hard time listening to the “airy fairy” tonality of most self-help/New Age books. Mitch challenges the reader to think critically while making magic.

Very beneficial self-help book
Although I personally don't agree with everything Mitch have said (as everyone should have their own opinion), there were points that illuminated parts of my life that I wasn't much aware of.
This book helped me to take the painful but necessary steps to improve my life, cut out the toxic parts, motivated me to take action and restored the belief in myself which I have abandoned and lost...
As a spiritual seeker myself and someone who's into self-help, this book was exactly what I wanted and needed.
Sincerely, Thank you, Mitch. ♥

Mitch is a great author and narrator...
I have read several of Mitch's previous works and loved them all. This one is good and has some really good gems of information but I would say this isn't his best work. It is more of if you sat down with him and asked him to give you the best tidbits of knowledge he had...which isn't a bad thing necessarily. I thought the organization of it was slightly lacking but the content was good, hence 4/5 stars.

Fucking brilliant!
I can't recommend this book enough. I personally appreciated in chapter 8 the discussion of the importance of lifting weights and the Henry Rollins excerpt. I look forward to his next work, and Audible - ffs - please let occult America be available in Australia!!!!!!

Another great set of tools from Mitch.
A re-visit of some thoughts such as One Cheif Aim (thanks again very much for that Mitch) and other thoughts expressed through many of Mitch's life experiences. A relatively short listen so it's perfect for a quick look and then if you're like me, maybe a deeper dive for a detailed review by buying the book. So if you need a Mitch fix, here you go....

For those that have been on the path a while this will be even more special. It's not the usual rehash . It has practical advise but also wonderful inspiration.
