Summary

Brought to you by Penguin.

He is known as Wilde, the boy from the woods.

Discovered living a feral existence in the Ramapo mountains of New Jersey, he has grown up knowing nothing of his parents and even less about his own identity.

Until now.

When a match on a DNA database puts him on the trail of a close relative - the only family member he has ever known - Wilde thinks he might be about to solve the mystery of who he really is.

Only this relation disappears as quickly as he's resurfaced. Undaunted, Wilde continues his research, becoming caught up in a secret community committed to exposing anonymous online trolls.

Then one by one, people start to die, and it soon becomes clear that a serial killer is targeting this secret community. And that the next victim could be Wilde himself.

Great original story

I became totally absorbed by this story. So up to the moment and full of twists and turns also a little frightening for those who don’t fully understand the developing internet

Already forgotten...

Usually love Harlan Coben books and download new titles straight away. I didn't get this. Lots of characters, none that were memorable. Couldn't follow the story and have literally already forgotten it.

Hard work

Found it very hard to listen too plot wise, narration and performance was great.
In my opinion, very poor story, very contrived and over complicated, author seems to looking for twists and turns all the time, it was far from Agatha Christy class.

Disappointed, although narrator is great.

Very Enjoyable

This is a typical Harlan novel, and if you are a fan already then this is a great read. Not recommended for someone who is not already into his books, start with his earlier stuff. I found it more of a mystery story than his usual thrillers, but definitely works.

poor unbelievable story

struggled to finish this as it is so convoluted and not believable in terms of Wolf's origins

Wow... just wow!

This was the best Harlan Coben novel I have listed to. From start to finish no air time, great story and character development. Kept me at the edge of my seat. And Steven Weber's delivery was just as good. You will not be dissapointed
